Products are covered by manufacturer warranty but doesn't cover those that have been abused, burned and damaged in any form.

In case your product is faulty in anyway, take a picture of the damaged part and send it to our email address ASAP. Please return it within 15 days upon receipt and must be in Factory Condition, which includes packaging, inserts, manuals etc. Allow 5-7 working days for us to process your returned item. We will either arrange refund or resend the item to you.

We offer free shipping via registered airmail. Please be patient because there are times wherein you will receive your order/s up to 15 days. The delay is usually due to flights and custom issues.
