You have a 14 day return policy. You must email us FIRST for a return number. All shipping costs are NOT refunded. Items must be returned in the same mint condition it was shipped in. If there is any problem with an item you must email us FIRST right away and we will work with you to correct the problem.

We ship worldwide within 48 hours of a cleared payment. We do NOT ship on Saturday after 12 noon, Sunday, or Holidays. We ship via USPS with tracking. We email a tracking number to you. once we ship your item, we are NOT in control of the USPS , any unplanned delays by the USPS is something we cannot control.If an item cannot be shipped to your area we will email you and refund you.
