All items can be returned within 30 days after buyer receives the item. All items must be returned in manufacture packaging with all upc codes intact. All items Used, New or Defective if being returned for cash back refund are subject to a 15% restocking fee, original shipping paid by us is nonrefundable and buyer pays return shipping. If defective and swapping out for new item buyer pays shipping to us and we pay return shipping for new item back to the buyer. Refunds and exchanges will be looked over and if item shows water damage and or has been altered in anyway refund/ exchange will not take place.

All items ship out within within 24 business hours Monday- Friday. All items under 13 ounces ship USPS and over 13 ounces UPS/ Surepost.
