If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, just email us at Customerservice@vlillight.com and let us know with in seven days of receiving your order. We will send you a return address and return authorization number. Once we receive the item back safe and sound, we will happily refund you your money for the items returned, less shipping cost. If an item is damaged during shipping, contact us and we will let you know how to file a claim. Shipping prices within the United States are flat rate. International shipping costs are calculated by weight. International package will ship out on USPS First Class Mail (under 4lb) All orders are shipped within the following day, except for weekends. We ship using USPS Priority Mail,  USPS First Class or UPS. If a package is damaged, please save the package and contents and contact us. We offer shipping discount multiple items.
