I believe buyers should be responsible for reading description prior to bidding. If I accept an item for return, I will then refund original bid and postage, I do not refund return postage.
"Quickly as possible" I try and get items out within 1-3 days, however sometimes I find myself doing packaging on weekends and shipping on Mondays. I just ask for your patience, knowing that your item will be delivered.
"Safely as possible" - I use bubble wrap and pellets when possible. I will combine multiple purchases as long as package does not become over-sized, over-stuffed, and items can travel safely without getting broken.
