Most of our items are previously owned and therefore are sold As-Is. On these items we do not allow returns. However, some of the items we sell are new and are returnable if found to be defective. Any items that are returnable will be returnable will be clearly described in the item listing.

Should a new item need to be returned, you must FIRST request a RMA number by sending an email to iwaqhstore@gmail.com and putting RMA request in the subject line.

We usually ship out orders within 24 hours on weekdays. Orders received on weekends will be processed next business day. Orders may be shipped from any one of several post office facilities depending on which of our warehouses your order was shipped out of.
