How To Return An Item
Your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect. Your must return the item within 30 days of your purchase.
1. Please email to request a refund and we will assign you a return item number.
2. Pack and mail your items to us,Include in your package a signed letter stating the reason for your return and the original receipt. We will process and issue your credits when we receive your return. We charge a 10% restocking fee.
Exceptions:
Some items can not be returned if they are opened, including software, and video games,merchandise that has been worn, used, or altered.

In most cases orders leave our warehouses within 48 hours after your payment has cleared. International orders may ship from our international warehouse.

Carriers: We use UPS, FEDEX, USPS, DHL GLOBAL MAIL, and other carriers for order fulfillment. Please note that some orders using 1st Class USPS, or international mail will not have tracking numbers.

Out of stock items: We will usually ship your order, and then ship the other items within 2-4 days when they are available again.

Check/Money Order payment notice(US orders only) : If paying by check or money order your order will not ship until your check has cleared our bank.
