Item must be complete with all accessories - just the same way as it was when you reveiced it.
The cost for shipping back to us must be paid by you, however, if it arrived damaged or DOA we will give you store credit for the return shipping charges.

We usually ship with regular postal service - that is the free shipping option. Since many of our products are to large to fit in a FEDEX or DHL pouch it is very difficult to estimate shipping cost to international destinations. But, of course, we are happy to calculate FEDEX or DHL shipping for you. Just send a mail with the items you like to purchase and we get back to you asap.
