We want you to be happy with your purchase, so items may be returned for either credit or a refund for any reason within 14 days of purchase. Upon our receipt of the returned item and inspection to verify the completeness of a shipment and that it is the item originally shipped, a refund, or when available, a replacement will be quickly administered. We combine shipping whenever possible. Buyers are expected to pay exact shipping, which includes the cost of delivery confirmation. If an overage occurs and the buyer pays through paypal, this amount will be cheerfully refunded immediately following shipping label purchase. If an overage occurs and the buyer pays with money order, this amount will be logged as a private credit for that individual to use on a future purchase.

Items are shipped within three business days of the payment clearing. This time allows for careful and accurate packaging. Most items will be shipped much quicker. Any sale over the price of $100 will be shipped with signature confirmation.
