If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please email us immediately within 2 weeks of delivery with your product name and a description of the condition of the damaged or defective item. If the returned item is confirmed defective or damaged, we will arrange to prepare and ship a replacement for the original returned item. Opened item is NOT REFUNDABLE.

Most items will come in 7-10 days. Larger orders will be processed by courier and can arrive less than a week. Other Countries will mostly be 2 weeks but with larger orders will be processed using a courier and arrive in around 5 days.
