Customer Service is very important to me. Please email me if you are not happy with something you have purchased no later than three days after you have received your item. I will need to know that you are returning it and want to know why you are not happy. I will be more than happy to talk with you to work things out. I will be more than happy to give you a full refund thru Pay Pal minus shipping charges once I get the item back.

All of my merchandise will be mailed USPS. Anything 13 ounces and under will be mailed regular first class. Anything over 13 oz will be mailed flat rate priority. This would be some of the crosses and all of the coasters due to weight. Everything will be packaged carefully and sent at the best possible rate. I will do combined shipping and give better rates in accordance with the weight.

I will send things out no later than two business days most in one day with the exception of the weekends. You will be emailed with a confirmation # so you can track it.

Most of the coasters are made to order. Please allow 5 days to make these.
