You may request for a replacement or a refund if you receive damaged goods, or if you do not receive goods that you've ordered within 15 days. If you receive defective or damaged products, we will either replace it with a new shipment or refund you.

Postage and Packing charges of other methods, such as EMS, FedEx or UPS, will depend on shipping destinations however we charge a flat fee shipping charge in most all our items please refer to item's description for more information. The delivery time ranges from 3-8 business days after your payment is received and clears with detailed online tracking of package status, we ship to US and Canada only priority via USPS.
