Included with your purchase is the ddrum Dios Ash Player shell pack, described below:

There is no hardware included with this shellpack, except for the clamp arm for the two mounted toms.

Keep in mind that humidity, temperature, and elevation changes during and after shipping will affect the tuning of any drums with heads already attached. When you get the drumset, let it sit for a few hours at room temperature before you assemble it, and you'll get a more consistent tuning. For tuning tips, or to request an instructional DVD please contact us by phone or email!

Return policy
Return the product within 14 days of receiving the item, and we will refund your money back to you. Buyer must pay return shipping. We will take care of you if your item was not as described, damaged in transit, or DOA (Dead on Arrival). Returns for any other reason are subject to a 15% restocking fee, deducted from the refund.
