LATE OR LOST PACKAGES:
If your order has not arrived in 9 business days and tracking has not updated in more than 3 days, please contact the USPS. Provide the representative with your tracking number and confirm your address to start an investigation and receive a case number. Tracking should update in the coming days.

REFUNDS:All my orders are carefully packaged to ensure a safe delivery. I am not responsible for any damages that may have occurred in the delivery process. With that said, refunds (minus shipping costs) can be given upon return if the item is grossly misrepresented only. Simply not liking an accurately described item is not eligible for return/refund. I accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date. All items included in your package (including free gifts) must still be in their original state and packaging, and must show no signs of use.
