About Me:

The Treasure Boutique was created to benefit Country Bear Daycare. It's an in home daycare which I started. I care for up to 4 children at a time.

I use the money raised by selling items in our daycare store, The Treasure Boutique to help us buy items we need such as play equipment (indoor and out door), and other education items that we need for the children.

Every item you buy, the proceeds go to help us purchase much needed equipment for the children!

Payment is expected within 10 days, unless other arrangements have been made.

Shipping Policies:

I ship via UPS Ground. Handling time is up to 5 days. Once your item ships it can take up to 7 days depending on where you live. I SHIP TO THE US ONLY.

Many other sellers who sell similar items as me, charge a percentage of the total sale as shipping, many times making you pay MORE in shipping than you actually have to.

Sometimes due to unforeseen circumstances some items become unavailable while up for sale. Should this arise, and you have made payment already, you will be issued a full refund, or you can choose another item of equal or lesser value (including shipping) in exchange.

For all NON DEFECTIVE returns there is a 35% restocking fee. I refund money less shipping and handling charges (what it cost me to ship the item to you). Please email me prior to sending an item back so I can make the supplier aware of the return. Returns MUST meet these conditions:

Non-defective merchandise must meet the following conditions to qualify for return acceptance.

1. Merchandise must be in its original minimum inner pack quantity, as it was shipped to you. 2. Merchandise, merchandise packaging, and inner pack must bear no markings or be otherwise defaced or damaged.

ITEMS WITH GUARANTEES OR WARRANTIES: If a purchased item includes a product guarantee or warranty, follow the instructions on the guarantee or warranty for repair or replacement.

ITEMS DAMAGED DURING SHIPMENT: All merchandise damaged during shipment is covered by the shipper. If you receive merchandise damaged during shipping, please contact me within 10 days of the date of shipment of your order, and I will take care of the claim.
