Vintage Bisou Bisou by Michael Bohbot Full Length Skirt/Tube Dress S. 44" from waist to bottom and I wore it once as a tube dress as it was way too long as a skirt. Very textured and stretchy as is the brown lining.

Waist is 13" & stretches to 15 1/2".

The waist will unfold up (label will show) when not on, as it is only held down by the 2 hanging straps.

A gorgeous designer piece that can be worn 2 different ways. You may want to hem it.
