We require that all items be paid for within 3 days of the end of the auction. If you are bidding on multiple items and need more than 3 days to complete payment,please be sure to contact us. If an item remains unpaid for 7days, we will begin the Unpaid Item process with Atomic Mall to recoup our Atomic Mall fees and will, ultimately, release the product back into our inventory for re-sale.

We ship with package tracking through Registered Israel Air Mail to Worldwide .Merchandise will be handled in the order that payment is received.Merchandise wil lship from the warehouse with in 2 - 3 business days after payment has cleared through PayPal.

We have experienced some breakage due to USPS handling techniques. I could swear they take a hammer to some of the packages, especially if the letters F R A G I L E are on the package. Because of this, please help us identify any damage early and document it well so that we and you do not lose out on damaged merchandise.

If the box is damaged when your package arrives please take a picture showing the damaged area on the box. When the box is damaged there is a good chance the item(s) inside are also damaged. If any of the items inside the box are damaged we need pictures of the damaged items. For china include pictures of the front and back of the damaged piece(s). Please let us know within 48 hours if you have received damaged merchandise in case we need to file an insurance claim for damage or loss during shipping as well as arranging full or partial refund .
