DESCRIPTION: Vintage 1957-58' - 9" Cissette, Madame Alexander, New York, U.S.A., Bridesmaid doll, Hard plastic, jointed at the neck, shoulders, arms (arm stringing is still tight with her arms able to hold a pose), hips (hip joints are a just a little wiggly, as is typical) and knees (knees click into position), feet arched for heels, clean jointed hard plastic body in an even pinkie tone, sleepy blue eyes with molded lashes, painted lower lashes and eyebrows, pierced ears/NO EARRINGS, full facial make up including her geranium red lips, closed mouth, blonde synthetic wig (individual strands sewn to a fabric base) with bangs, separated fingers. MAKER: "MME. ALEXANDER" marked on her back AGE: Doll made from 1957-58, approx. 55 years old. CLOTHES: Bridesmaid's dress of pale blue pleated nylon with puffed sleeves, bodice darts and satin sash; natural straw hat with flowers; NO bouquet of flowers; NO pearl jewelry, NO stockings, NO shoes.
