This film is an educational film for Army Air Force cadets where they are being shown how flying is very similar to driving and the practices that you would follow to drive safely strongly parallel the steps to take to fly dafely. It also shows the examinations and trainings they go through to become a pilot - including learning Morse Code and how to operates all the parts of the airplane.
