Yep, you really can have it all. Combine the ease of gas and the authenticity of charcoal by cooking on the Weber Performer Platinum Grill with Touch n Go. The top charcoal grill in the land gets a built-in gas ignition system here, removing the hassle associated with your favorite black pellets. Uses disposable 1.41 or 16.4 oz. LP cylinders (sold separately). It also comes with a host of built-in features that making outdoor cooking even easier. The grill itself is built from porcelain-enameled steel in classic colors, with a 363-square-inch plated steel cooking grate with a hinge, a removable high-capacity ash catcher, and Weber's incredible One-Touch cleaning system. The lid boasts a built-in thermometer and glass-reinforced stay-cool nylon handles.
It gets even better with the cart. There's a built-in removable LCD cook timer, dual CharBasket charcoal holders and a Char-bin storage container. The whole thing sits in a heavy-duty steel cart frame with a spacious prep table, tool hooks, a spacious wire shelf, and a rolling system of all-weather wheels and locking casters.
