RETURNS - ***NO RETURNS ON ANY ELECTRICAL PART

I will gladly accept returns on most all other parts (if in doubt please ask) under the follow conditions, 1. E-mail for a return authorization number -with out it no refund 2. Item must be sent back with a tracking number 3. Item must be in the same condition as sent (all our gas struts are new) 4. Buyer pays all S&H (both ways) 5. Refund will be for exchange only once received , unless you want to pay for the exchanged units and get a refund once we get the item back
6. If you are sending struts back, please do not send them back if you mounted them as we can not send them out as new units, no exchanges or refunds on installed, scratched, bent units.
7. we do change a 25% restocking fee

Hello Everyone! I only work part time selling my items, but I do pay a 3ard party to ship daily, normally your item will be shipped in one to two business days from the recipient of payment. I will also send you the tracking information along with the method used to ship your item when it is sent out.
