Unopened items may be returned within 30 days for exchange or store credit. Must be in new, resellable condition, and must be accompanied by an RMA#. Opened/used items may only be returned if found defective, within 15 days of purchase. Shipping charges are not refundable.  Jewelry return policy:
Returns must be made in a sturdy box. Returns sent in envelopes or padded envelopes will be refused due to potential for crushing damage during transit.  Shipping charges are not refundable.   

Unless otherwise noted in the product listing, items will be shipped within 2 days of clearance of payment on all in-stock merchandise.  In the event of a sold-out item, backorder email notices will be sent, and the Buyer will be given the option to cancel.  Most backorders are filled within 72 hours of order receipt.

Shipping costs are a flat rate per item. We are happy to offer discount shipping on combined purchases.

Shipping insurance is available upon request.
