Returns Policy
We will accept returns, with a return authorization number, within 30 days of shipment, for a refund or exchange.Return shipment must have an RA number (RA#) printed on the outside of the box/packaging and a copy of your CooksPlus invoice enclosed. Call for RA#. CooksPlus will refuse any return without RA #. All merchandise returned may be subject to a 15% restocking fee. Additionally, shipping and handling charges to the customer may be deducted from return credit, based on reason for return. Merchandise must be returned in its original box/packaging and in new and resalable condition. The customer is responsible for all return shipping and handling charges; return should be sent pre-paid.
