We supply full Customer Support for any and all purchases. We accept returns on unopened and unused items with the exception of cosmetics and perfume oils.  However, if we make an error in the product shipped or in our description of product we generate a Prepaid Return Label, otherwise Customer is responsible for return ship costs.  Refunds are made upon return receipt of items.

Shipping occurs withing 1-2 working days.  We use USPS. We shipped based on end total weight of an item.  Any gross overcharges are always refunded via payment method.  If we undercharge, well we are happy to eat that cost!
