I do accept returns if an item is accidently misrepresented. I have taken great pride for 3 years with selling online and this geneally doesn't happen. Shipping is generally by usps priority or parcel post mail with delivery confirmation. I only charge for the shipping costs. Items are shipped about 2 days from date of payment. If there is an error you will see a refund come back to you. I never over-charge or make money on shipping. Every transaction should be a pleasant experience.
