AirSplat holds a 3 day return policy and a 30 day manufacturers warranty policy from the day you receive your product. Returns of any kind must be approved prior to returning any products. Shipping is not covered under warranty. Warranty does not cover misuse or abused products or products that do not have the original orange tip. Please contact us obtain an RMA number.
