Most of my items are previously owned/used, and are sold "As Is" and all sales are final. I would never deliberately and/or knowingly mislead or take advantage of anyone. That being said, I am human and mistakes can happen. Returns will be handled on a case-by-case basis. Your satisfaction is important to me and I will always do my best to provide you with the same customer service experience I would deserve and expect for myself.

For US purchases, I use USPS for shipping. I prefer Priority Mail for it's speed and reliability, and I also use First Class and Media Mail as allowed. For International purchases, I use USPS Priority International for shipping most items because of speed, reliability and included insurance in the shipping cost.
