We will accept returns for any reason within three days of the arrival of your package. Please email us for instructions within this time frame. Packages have to be returned to our Ottawa, Ontario address in Canada for the full refund of your original payment to be granted.
USA:
We deliver most US-bound mail to a P.O. inside USA (with some exceptions). We can only do this once a week - usually Wednesdays.
We usually use Priority Mail. Waiting few days for next delivery is faster than shipping from here sooner, & it is MUCH cheaper!
Canada:
Canadian shipping is from Ottawa, ON, so no customs fees (we do collect Canadian taxes). Local pickup available.
Other countries:
Global Priority or Express - other options considered.
