Returns accepted within 30 days. Return authorization required. Returned items without an RMA will be rejected. Contact Customer Service for an RMA. RMA must be written on outside of shipping carton (not on product packaging). If shipping labels are placed on, or RA numbers written on the manufacturer???s boxes, the product will not be in resalable condition, and, in turn, will not be eligible for return. All original packaging and materials, including all parts, accessories and instruction manuals from the manufacturer must be returned with the product. Failure to comply may result in denial of RA credit.

Orders ship to 48 U.S. contiguous states only (no Alaska, Hawaii, Military or Canada). PO Box orders allowed on orders under 9 lbs only using UPS MI or FedEx Smart Post

No freight claims of any kind, including but not limited to loss, damage, or stolen goods are allowed for shipments using UPS Mail Innovations or FedEx Smartpost. Freight claims up to $100 are allowed using FedEx Ground or FedEx Home or FedEx Express
