Completed Returns Authorization (RA) form. NO RETURNS will processed and/or accepted without a COMPLETED RA FORM.
Buyer pays Return shipping.
Items for Refund must be received with ALL the original TAGS and packaging intact and with no signs of wear or odor (perfume, smoke, etc.) to qualify.
Upon receipt of the returned item, please give us 2-3 days to evaluate the condition of the item.
Refund will be given ONLY after these terms and conditions has been met.
