Return and partial refund

Our website cannot give a full refund for non-quality problems such as:
???The product does not look like the ones in your picture.???
???The product is not what I???d imagine it to be.
???I am not satisfied with this product.???
In 14 days (from the date products were received), if you request returning the purchased items because of the reasons above, you need to send back to us the products in original package (you will pay the shipping fees). When we receive the products sent back intactly, besides the shipping fees, we will also deduct a certain amount of handling fee (25%) based on your order total amount and give you a partial refund.

Basically, the item will be sent out in 1-3 business day. It'll take no more than 5 business for handling. It'll take 3-5 days for delivery. If you don't receive the item in two week after the payment, please contact us so that we can resolve the problem in time. The wrong delivery often happens because of the wrong undeliverable address or mistake made by postman, (the internaional shipping will take much longer).
