Bidet Sprayers R Us Stainless Steel Sprayers and Valve come with a full 5 year warranty. Our all ABS Sprayers and Chrome T-Valve come with a one year warranty for normal use on all parts. It does not apply to sprayers that are mistreated by being dropped or hit against hard surfaces.
RETURNS/EXCHANGES: Within 14 days of receiving your order you may return or exchange most items for a credit or refund.
To exchange a product please order the replacement product(s) and return the original(s) in unused condition. Once we receive the item you wish to exchange we will ship out the replacement product.
