Product returns will be accepted for STORE CREDIT or REFUND only upon prior authorization from Identity Network. You may email us at customerserviceidentitynetwork or call our office at to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA). You must include your full name, date of purchase, your order number, and the description of the product(s) you would like to return and the reason that you wish to return the item(s).
No product will be accepted for return more than 21 days from the date of purchase. After 21 days, there are no refunds, credits or exchanges. Your return package must be postmarked within 7 days from the date the RMA number is issued to you.
