If products purchased from Home and Power do not meet your expectations, you may return it with the packing slip within 30 days of purchase unless otherwise stated in the product warranty. You will be refunded the method in which you paid. Original shipping and handling charges will not be refunded. Exclusions apply; please see the Non-Returnable Items list below.

Economy Ground Delivery
You can expect delivery of most items within 8-10 business days of your order.
Note: Certain items are delivered directly from the manufacturer. Heavy or oversized items are delivered to your home by local carriers. These deliveries will take 5 to 10 business days. You will be contacted once your order arrives in your local area to set up a delivery time.
Standard Delivery: Delivery will be protected from the weather by placing it in the closest dry area (porch, garage) or inside the closest door of the dwelling.
Note: All orders purchased prior to 5:00 PM ET, Monday - Friday, are processed in 1-2 business days at the warehouse. Our shipping carriers do not deliver for Home Innovations on Saturday and Sundays.
