My return policy is simple, unless I otherwise state it in the listing, I do take returns as long as the item is returned in its original condition such as tags intact, still in box, not damaged or show signs of use. I am very specific and I encourage all my customers to read the listing before purchasing. Sometimes there my be some damage to the package but the item is new, I will state that in the listing. I may even put an item "AS-IS" which means that the item is what it is and I do not take returns, just please make sure that you go over my items descriptions and make sure you understand the terms and if you have questions please please ask, I will be more then happy to help.

I ship out as soon as possible. If you order earlier in the day I will ship out the same day, I you order in the afternoon or evening I will ship out the next day. And on weekends it will generally be on Monday. My shipping is fast.
