Please contact us within 3 days from the date you receive the item and we will do everything in our power to resolve your issues. After a refund has been initiated, the buyer must have the item shipped for a return within 5 business days. For any exchange or refund, the product must be in its original condition including all packaging and accessories. New items are non-refundable if they have been used or removed from there original packaging. Buyer is responsible for all return shipping charges. We recommend that returned items be insured, as damaged returns will not be accepted.
