The So Fancy Shop will refund the purchase price (minus postage & handling) if the item you receive is not as described or is damaged/broken. Refunds will not be issued for a "change of mind". To process a refund, please contact me immediately, and return the item within 7 days. International buyers must send proof of post (ie tracking number) within 7 days. Buyers are responsible for costs associated with returning the item. Please feel free to contact me with any questions regardings returns!
The So Fancy Shop sends items every day except Sunday's and Australian (NSW) public holidays. Once your payment has cleared, item/s are sent by Australia Post and details are recorded for tracking purposes.  You will receive notification when your item/s are despatched and the relevant tracking number. Postage will vary depending on size of item; check each listing for details. Delivery will take approx 2 working days (Australia wide) or 10-14 working days (International).
