To return a defective item for credit or replacement, email within 3 days of receipt. Non-defective merchandise returns will incur a 20% restocking fee, and must also be returned within 15 days of receipt. Product boxes and/or items that have been written on or otherwise marked will not be considered for credit or replacement. If you receive merchandise damaged during shipping, please contact us within 3 days of receipt of your order, and your claim will be processed immediately. Established procedures by UPS and USPS must be complied with or they may deny your claim.

The flat shipping and handling rates we charge are based on the cost of your order, and the weight of your order. For locations outside the USA you must email me before bidding so I may check the shipping cost for your location.Failure to email us  prior to your order means that you accept the shipping cost that will be invoiced to you.
