You are my valued customer: I intend to keep you with me. If the product does not meet your expectations simply return it within a 48hr time period to the return address on its shipping label.  Upon notification of its arrival I will then make your refund through PayPal to you.  Unless damaged in shipping, I do ask that you pay the return shipping although in many cases this is borne by the warehouse and/or manufacturer.

I ship on the most cost effective method as I find the express is quite expensive. However if needed I can ship express if you wish to pay for the service; again, your my customer and it will be done your way.  Please notify me if delivery speedup is needed.
