Returns
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can???t offer you a refund or exchange. Customized items are not returnable or allowed to be cancelled once processed. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. A 20% restocking fee may apply to returned items.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Items must still have tags attached.

NHL/MLB Shops do not ship for two weeks! We beat them significantly averaging 2-4 days.
The first leg of delivery will be by ePacket and will be handed off to the USPS for final delivery
We will post Tracking information as soon as it is available. You will be notified by email or text message. You can access your tracking number by logging in and accessing the order. Depending on its final destination the most accurate tracking is achieved by copying and pasting the number into USPS, Royal Mail, Canada Posts, DHL, etc's own online tracking sites.
Customer feedback is receipt of their items in 7-10 shipping days generally from time of shipping.
