You may return new, unopened items sold and fulfilled by us within 5 days for a full refund less shipping changes and a 20% restocking fee. Items should be returned in their original product packaging. Merchandise that has been opened or that has been installed or used can not be returned. Refunds will be made to the original charge card if used in making the purchase. Contact us for a RMA.

Most orders will ship the same day completed by 11:30am EST M-F and tracking information will be emailed. Our standard shipping terms are "FOB Origin, Freight Prepaid & Add".  Shipping in-route times Standard-3-9 days Expedited-2-4 days USPS Parcel Post can take up to 10 days. Shipments outside USA maybe subject to Import Duties. These fees are not included and will be billed to you by the carrier.
