All items are returnable unless an item description states "NO RETURNS" (which is rare, as most of our items are returnable).  If "no returns" is not specified in the specific item listing, then the full purchase price is refunded if merchandise has not been damaged by buyer, and if item is returned within 10 days of receipt; HOWEVER, to receive a purchase refund, buyer must first email us to discuss return authorization and confirmation of return shipping method to be used, BEFORE returning item.  Shipping costs paid by buyer will be refunded also, if the return is due to a seller error or defective merchandise.

We ship same or next business day (M-F) from when we receive cleared payment funds. We often ship on Saturdays too, depending on our personal schedules.We always strive to ship the same day, but sometimes payments are received too late in the day to make same-day shipping. When payments are received too late in the day, we ship the next day that the post office is open. 3:00 PM CST is our normal cutoff time for same-day shipping Mon through Fri.
