Returns accepted for up to 14 days after receipt for refund of purchase price (less shipping). Return shipping is the responsibility of the purchaser. Items must be returned with original packaging and tags. For safety reasons, fragrance items must be returned unopened to be eligible for a refund.
Most items ship within 3 business days of receipt of payment. We use United States Postal Service, United Parcel Service, and Federal Express to ship items. All items are securely pacakaged to protect against damage, and are also insured to protect against loss.
