I believe it is essential to provide a 100% guarantee on all items. So if you are not completely satisfied with your item you may return it for a refund. Please Note,  that shipping cost will only be reimbursed if the item was received damaged.  
To receive a refund, please contact me within 30 days of purchase. Any requests received after that time frame will be considered under certain circumstances.
