When you purchase from Imperial Jewelry you are purchasing at a wholesale level with wholesale terms. This means we do not provide consumer terms such as trial periods, return policy, exchange policy, etc. Once you purchase a product it is yours. If they get lost, stolen, or damange during shipping and you report it on time AND you purchased insurance or the package was insured, then we will refund or replace the items.  If you purchase items that are custom made or are out of stock you agree to wait the 14-30 days it takes to make most products and not cancel the orders.
