You may return new and unused items within 7 days of delivery for a full refund. We will not refund any items after 7 days of delivery. You have to email us before returning any products and explaining the reason for the return. Items should be returned in their original and unused condition, in their original product packaging and with the original tags. We will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error, otherwise you are responsible for the return shipping costs and a 10% restock fee. We will notify you via email of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item. Used products and products that were purchased on clearance are not returnable. Refund checks could take 15-30 days to process.

All orders are shipped within 48 hours ( shipping time could change depending on product availability ) of payment receipt except weekends and holidays. Shipping is via USPS Ground.
