We gladly accept returns within 3 days of the delivery confirmation date. Please contact us via email to request a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA) and the return shipping address. The product must be returned in the original package and in the same new condition in which it was sent. A refund will be processed within 4-7 business days once we receive the new merchandise. The refund will be for the product(s) purchase price. Bargains Nook is unable to refund the original or return shipping/handling costs. No refunds for all used products sold.
