Returns and Exchanges Policy
The Knob Marketplace is dedicated to customer satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may return it, in its original condition and packaging, for a refund, exchange within 14 days of receipt of the item.
Simply return your item 14 days of receipt of the item. Once we receive your return, we will issue you a credit. Unfortunately, we cannot refund shipping costs, and the return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
If you choose to return an item that was shipped to you free of charge, you will receive a refund for the item minus the appropriate shipping costs as outlined on our Customer Care page in the Shipping Information section.
