Returns are accepted. Buyer MUST contact the seller PRIOR to returning item(s). Item must be new/unused and returned within 7 days. Items must be returned in undamaged, original packaging to allow for resale. Sharpened skates WILL NOT be accepted for return. SKATE BOXES WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED IF SHIPPING LABELS ARE AFFIXED TO THEM. ITEMS RETURNED WITH MARKINGS, LABELS OR DAMAGE TO THE MANUFACTURER'S BOX/PACKAGING WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED FOR REFUND UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. (IT WILL BE THE BUYER'S RESPONSIBILITY TO HAVE THE ITEM SHIPPED BACK TO THEM AT THEIR COST.) Buyer must pay return postage for all returns and will be refunded the purchase price only. All items are shipped via the US Postal Service. Items are shipped immediately (within 24 hours) unless the US Post Offices are closed (Sundays/Holidays). Buyer will be provided with tracking information and can track their item at usps. Should your purchase arrive damaged...PLEASE DO NOT ACCEPT DELIVERY. If the damaged item was left at your home, PLEASE RETURN THE ITEM IMMEDIATELY TO YOUR LOCAL POST OFFICE AND REFUSE DELIVERY.
