Return policy is simple : Item is covered by a 7 day non DOA arrival starting from when the item is delivered. If the item arrives damaged, simply contact us via the information enclosed in your thank for your puchase email and everything is take care of. Shipping charges are not refundable, but because our prices are extremely low and we make very little profit, buyer's are responsible for return shipping. We cannot honor defective items resulting from tampering, abuse, or any other thing which the item was not intended to be used for our outside the manufacturer's specifications.

RMA and contacting us prior to any returns must be initiated by the buyer. So if there's anything wrong with the item, contact us and we'll take care of it.

Items which are paid for via electronic means (PayPal, Credit Card, etc) must be shipped to the confirmed address on the account. To protect our company and you the buyer, we can only have the items shipped to the verified/confirmed address that the payment services gives us. We ask that all buyers have a verified address prior to purchase. If you moved make sure the address where the item is shipping to is on the account and properly verified.

Regardless of what's entered on the checkout, the item will ship to the address that is provided by the payment service. This also goes for communication as well. The email address that you have on the payment account is where we will send all the information regading the sale.
